Is this aligned to the current SAFE exam?
Yes. Simulations mirror the current NMLS format: 120 questions (115 scored plus 5 unscored pretest items), a 190-minute limit, and a 75% pass mark, weighted across all five domains of the National Test with Uniform State Content. Annually adjusted figures were last verified 2026-07. The free study plan shows how to schedule around that format.
How long do I get access? Does anything renew?
The 90-Day Pass is a one-time payment: 90 days from purchase, counted to the day. Nothing renews and we keep no card on file. Day 89 works; day 91 does not. The One-Month Plan works the other way: it bills $29 each month and renews until you cancel from your account; cancelling stops future charges and access runs to the end of the paid month.
What happens when the 90 days end?
Access closes and your account stays. Progress is kept, so a new pass picks up exactly where you left off. Most candidates sit the test well inside one window. Schedule once your mocks hold above the cut score.
Does this satisfy the SAFE Act 20-hour education requirement?
No. SafePrepPro is test preparation, not pre-licensing education. The 20 hours must come from an NMLS-approved course provider; this platform is for passing the test that follows it. State-specific licensing content your state adds is also separate. The free guides cover the exam-side rules in the meantime.
What exactly does the guarantee cover?
Three separate full-length mocks at 85% or higher inside your access window, then a failed official attempt, gets you a free extension: 90 days on the pass, one month on the monthly plan. Send the official score report within 14 days of the attempt. One extension per purchase; it extends access, it is not a cash refund.
Can I get a refund?
Charges are non-refundable except where required by law, and there are no surprise renewals to chase: the 90-Day Pass is a single payment that simply ends, and the One-Month Plan cancels anytime from your account with access through the paid month. If a charge looks wrong (a double bill, a purchase that didn't unlock), email [email protected] and we will make it right. The guarantee above adds a free extension after a failed official attempt; it never converts to cash.
